^ The Tillotson Arts Center: Rick Tillotson, Benoit Lamontagne, and friends of the Tillotson Arts Center will speak of this “gem” in the North Country.

 

^ The North Country Farmers Cooperative Inc. Julie Moran, President, will share her vision of supporting local farms and creating economic development though the creation of a food hub in the North Country.

 

^ Kheops International welcomes visitors to their model eco-village.

 

^ The Grange: An Historic Institution, Then & Now. Haven Haynes, Pomona Master Grange Lecturer.

 

^ Kiwanis Key Club: Celebrating Our Youth, Lindy Falconer, seasoned and beloved head of the Key Club, along with its students will speak of their labors and accomplishments, locally, state-wide, nationally, and internationally.

 

^ North Country Community Recreation Center: Lori Morann, Director of the Center will tell the story of this “gem” of the North.

 

^ Visit to the grave site of Metallak, last of Coo-ash-auke Indians with John Harrigan.

 

12:00: Lunch in town

 

1:00-3:00: The Northern Pass Roundtable: John Harrigan, Rep. Larry Rappaport, Chris Schadler, Julie Moran, Jamie Sayen, Bob Baker, Steve Ellis, and film maker, Jerry Monkman — whose film, “The Power of Place”, tells the story of the Northern Pass — will speak about their engagement with respect to the “Northern Pass”: problems-challenges–opportunities. Representatives of all sides are most welcome. The session will be moderated by New Hampshire Listens and its partner North Country Listens.
